Debit Card Blocking

Customers can immediately block their debit card in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized usage.

How to Use IVRS

Call the official IVRS number of Odisha Grameen Bank.

Select the preferred language (if applicable).

Choose the required service from the menu options.

Follow the instructions provided by the system.

Enter required details such as account number or registered credentials, as prompted.

Note: The IVRS service is accessible only from the mobile number registered with the Bank.

Security Advisory

Do not share OTP, PIN, CVV, debit card details, or account credentials with anyone.

The Bank will never ask for confidential information through unsolicited calls.

In case of suspicious activity, immediately contact the nearest branch or customer service center.
