For the purpose of agricultural activities or for the purposes other than agriculture e.g. child’s education, Business expansion or working capital requirement, Medical emergency, daughter’s marriage etc.
Amount
Maximum Rs.5 lacs.
Margin
20% of the cost of the equipment.
Security
Pledge of gold ornaments.
Repayment
Maximum 3 Years.

Remarks
Indigenous money lenders holding gold ornaments (pledged to them) should not be sanctioned loan against re-pledge of those gold ornaments.
